I found a leak near the exhaust of a B vent on my roof. I had called one other company first that came out and said my six-year-old roof was installed poorly and desperately needed replacement. I then called GNS Roofing and they sent a representative to my house pretty quickly. He identified that the vent was installed incorrectly and they would need to pull up shingles, reinstall the vent, and replace the shingles. GNS Roofing offered to do the repair that same day. He spent about 4 hours total on the repair, and for a very appropriate price I now have a leak-free roof. The dispatcher was very communicative on the phone and the representative that did the repair was very friendly and effective. I hope to never have to call a roofing repair company again, but if I do, I'm calling GNS Roofing.

Over the past year, GNS has helped me with a few roof repairs and eventually a full roof replacement. They were always fair, honest, and upfront with the entire process and all that it entailed. Very reasonably priced for the quality of work. Would highly recommend
